How to Delete Your Data

You can request data deletion using any of the three straightforward options described below:

Option 1: Remove ReviewReplier via Meta / Facebook Settings

If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account to ReviewReplier, you can revoke access and trigger automated data deletion directly from your Meta settings:

1. Log in to your Facebook or Instagram account associated with your business.
2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3. In the left sidebar or menu, scroll down to Permissions and click Apps and Websites.
4. Find ReviewReplier in the list of active applications.
5. Click the Remove button.
6. Check the box that asks if you would like Meta to notify ReviewReplier to delete your activity and data.

Option 2: Delete Data via the ReviewReplier Dashboard

If you have an active ReviewReplier account, you can disconnect platforms or erase your entire account directly:

1. Log in to your dashboard at https://getreviewreplier.com/login.
2. Go to Settings from the left navigation.
3. To remove Instagram data only: Select Platforms > Locate Instagram > Click Disconnect. All OAuth access tokens and cached comments are immediately deleted.
4. To delete your entire account: Scroll to Danger Zone > Click Delete Account. This permanently purges your account credentials, connected channels, review logs, and custom rules.

Option 3: Direct Email Request to our Privacy Team

If you prefer our support team to manually handle your deletion or if you no longer have access to your account, you can submit an email request:

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Include the subject line: “User Data Deletion Request - ReviewReplier”.
3. Provide your registered account email, business name, and/or your connected Instagram handle / Facebook Page name.

What Happens After Your Request is Submitted?

Upon receiving your deletion request:

• All stored OAuth credentials, refresh tokens, and API access tokens are instantly revoked and destroyed.
• All cached post comments, mentions, captions, and profile metadata are permanently deleted from our databases.
• All custom response templates, rule sets, and historical generation logs are purged.
• Our team will email you a confirmation notice once the complete purge is completed (within 48 to 72 hours).
