ReviewReplier provides AI-assisted response generation, review aggregation, sentiment analysis, and social comment management tools for businesses across authorized platforms including Google Business Profile, Google Play, and Meta Platforms (Instagram Graph API and Facebook).
2. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use and Third-Party Policies
You agree to use ReviewReplier only for lawful business purposes. When connecting third-party platforms (such as Meta / Instagram or Google), you agree to strictly comply with:
- Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies: You will not use the Service to spam, harass, transmit deceptive content, or violate Instagram Community Guidelines.
- Google API Services User Data Policy: You will comply with Google policies governing review replies and developer terms.
- Content Authenticity: You are solely responsible for all content published, approved, or automated from your connected accounts. You must ensure all published replies are accurate and respectful.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original features, software, branding, and interfaces are the exclusive property of AR Digital Services. You retain all ownership rights to your original customer review replies, brand assets, and custom instructions configured on the platform.
5. Termination and Disconnection
You may terminate your account or disconnect any connected platform at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform APIs, or engage in malicious or fraudulent activity.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
ReviewReplier is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While our AI models strive to generate accurate and on-brand replies, you acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed and configured carefully according to your business standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AR Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
